Andrew moved to Sioux City with his family in 2000. He attended school here and later married and started a business with his wife, providing transportation and support to members of Siouxland's handicapped community. This focus on community and service has shaped Andrew's level of professionalism, dedication and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of those he has served.
